Prepare the Base
Clear the surface where your synthetic grass will be placed, removing any unwanted grass and roots. Add a four to six-inch layer of crushed aggregate until achieving the desired shape and contour. Compact the surface until smooth.
Trim to Size
Position your synthetic grass and trim it to shape. Ensure the grain of the grass fibers points in the same direction if using more than one roll.
Stick
Align two pieces of synthetic grass edge-to-edge and apply seaming tape along the seam. Secure the seaming cloth in place and apply polyurethane adhesive on the tape. Slowly ease the two edges back together and check the fit as you go.
Groom Your Grass
Use a landscape rake or broom to brush the fibers up and rinse with a garden hose. Periodic brushing and rinsing will keep your synthetic grass looking fresh and natural.
